Our Chef’s table experience brings you to Trang savoury journey by Mick Head Chef and Partner. He is head of Looklom. With decades of experience in Trang and Southern Thai cooking many years cooking on his life.
All menus are crafted instinctively on the spot according to Chef`s inspiration and seasonal products. They are composed everyday by the Chef following the rhythm of the seasons.
